Upper Level (1-bdrm)
While we typically live in the upstairs suite ourselves, we occasionally share the upper level as a one-bedroom, self-contained unit when we are away. This unit is available April to December, if at all. At other times of the year, we occasionally will allow use of the bedroom, with kitchen/living/dining areas shared with us.
The unit includes a bedroom with three beds (a single/double bunk plus another double to sleep 5), ensuite, 3-pce bath and space to hang your clothes and store your luggage. There is also a well-stocked kitchen, open living and dining area, and several patios and terraces looking out to a garden with mango and coconut trees and lots of other Mexican plants on one side, and the mountains on the other!
The gardens, BBQ/grill and outdoor shower are shared with whoever is staying on the first floor, but the upper unit, including all decks and patios, is exclusively yours throughout your stay, unless you are sharing with us while we are there.

Please note the entire property is strictly non-smoking.
Our gardener or cleaner will meet you on site to check you in. They will supply a large bottle of drinking water, fresh linens for the beds, clean towels. A brief orientation of the property can be supplied by us, and a more detailed orientation is available via the guest booklet on site.
