Reservation Details

We pay local folks a fair wage to look after our home and any guests, and various repairs, renovations and utility bills also keep us with one hand on the chequebook at all times.  So no, we cannot let you stay for free!! We do, however, invite trades or partial trades for services - please see our "Suggested Contributions" page.

​To reserve your dates, a non-refundable deposit of $500 CAD must be e-transferred to [email protected]. This deposit  becomes your damage deposit, and -- assuming everything is left undamaged and in good working order upon your departure -- will be returned to you within 72 hours of check-out.

50% of your balance is due within 30 days of booking to hold your booking, and is non-refundable. The remainder of your committed donation is due in cash in MXN pesos, by e-transfer (in CAD), etc. upon check-in.
