Casa Abierta is a two-storey Mexican House. While we live in the upstairs unit, we open the main floor to friends and family.
The unit includes three bedrooms with a total of 6 beds and space on the floor for air mattresses. Each room has its own ensuite, 3-pce bath and space to hang your clothes and store your luggage, as well as a chair, two side tables and a table lamp. A full-length mirror is also included in two of the three rooms.

On some dates, a fourth bedroom and access to a terrace on the second floor are also available, to accommodate a maximum of 12 people. Please inquire.
The main floor unit includes a private kitchen, living and dining area, small courtyard with a nighttime view of the stars, and a patio with outdoor BBQ and sink area, looking out to a generous garden with mango, avocado and coconut trees, and lots of other Mexican plants! A covered tejaban at the back of the garden offers the perfect outdoor office or open-air art studio... or just a private spot for a siesta in the hammock!

Please note, the garden is shared (usually with us), and the laundry/storage room is off limits (longer stays include weekly linen change and light cleaning, and laundry access can be arranged if desired). The entire property is strictly non-smoking, and acoustic music is strongly preferred over anything amplified.
